This page tells you all you need to know about how your order reaches you and how you can pay for it. We keep our shipping clear and our checkout secure, so you can order with total confidence.

1. Where We Deliver

We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom and throughout much of Europe. Your goods set off from our partner warehouses in Asia and are passed to trusted carriers, including the Cainiao network, who see the parcel safely through to your local delivery service.

2. Delivery Times & Costs

The table below lays out our estimated delivery windows and charges. Times are given in working days and start once your order has been dispatched.

3. Processing Your Order

Orders are usually made ready for dispatch within one to two working days. During especially busy stretches, such as a bank holiday weekend, this can take a touch longer, but we always aim to get your parcel on the move as fast as we can.

4. Tracking Your Parcel

The moment your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. If your tracking has sat still for a few days, do get in touch and we will look into it for you.

5. Customs and Import Charges

For most destinations there is nothing further to pay. For deliveries to Switzerland, though, local customs or import charges may be applied by the destination country, and these fall to the recipient. We have no say over such fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Ways to Pay

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the popular digital wallets shown at checkout. Whichever you choose, the amount is taken when you order, and your confirmation email follows shortly after.
