Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
We hope everything you order from GRAVEN brings a smile. If a purchase turns out not to suit, this policy explains how to send it back and how we will make it right.
1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
As a consumer, you are free to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Once you have let us know you wish to cancel, a further 14 days are yours to return the items to us.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
For a full refund, items should come back to us unused and in their original packaging where you can manage it. You are of course welcome to examine an item as you would in a shop, but goods handled beyond that may see their refund adjusted to reflect any drop in value.
3. How to Start a Return
Getting a return under way could not be simpler. Drop us a line at contact@graven.com with your order number and a quick word about what you would like to send back. We will reply with the return address and all you need to post your parcel.
4. Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or was sent to you by mistake, the cost of returning it rests with you. We would always recommend a tracked service, as the parcel stays your responsibility until it reaches us safe and sound.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Should something arrive damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, please tell us right away — a photo attached to your email helps us sort it in one go. In these cases we cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you would rather have.
6. How Your Refund Is Paid
Once your returned goods reach us and have been checked over, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. That includes the standard delivery charge from your original order, though not any premium upgrade you chose to add.
Need to arrange a return or ask about a refund? Email contact@graven.com and we will be happy to help.
7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
A handful of goods are exempt for reasons of hygiene or practicality — sealed personal-care items opened after delivery, for instance. Where an exemption applies, it will be spelled out on the product page. None of this affects your rights should such an item prove faulty.
