Welcome to GRAVEN. The terms below explain the ground rules for using our website and for shopping with us. By browsing graven.com or placing an order, you accept them, so please give them a read before you complete your purchase.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from GRAVEN. They govern how the site may be used, how orders come together, and what each side can expect of the other. If anything here is unclear, do get in touch before you order and we will happily talk it through.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We will send an email acknowledging that we have received it, but the contract between us only comes into being once your goods are dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out or a price has been listed in error — and where we do, any sum already paid is returned to you in full.

3. Prices and Payment

Every price is shown in the currency displayed at checkout and includes VAT where applicable. We take great care to keep our pricing correct, but if a clear mistake slips through, we will flag it to you before processing and let you decide whether to go ahead or cancel. Payment is collected when you order, through our secure providers.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom and much of Europe. You will find our estimated delivery times and charges laid out in full on the Shipping & Payment page. We do our utmost to keep to these windows, though they remain estimates rather than promises, since the final stretch is in the hands of third-party carriers.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, with no reason required. Our Withdrawal & Cancellation page walks you through exactly how. A few items, such as sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, may fall outside this right.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy. If something is not right, our Refund Policy sets out how to send it back and how your money will be returned. Wherever possible, please return goods in a resaleable state.

7. Using Our Website

You agree to use graven.com for lawful purposes only, and never in a way that might harm the site, spoil its use for others, or trespass on anyone else's rights. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site whenever there is a reasonable need to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — the words, images, layout and graphics — belongs to GRAVEN or is used with permission. You are welcome to browse and enjoy it all, but it may not be copied or reused commercially without our written agreement.

9. Our Liability

We take real pride in our products and our service, and we never seek to exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand firmly alongside everything set out here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
